I have been a Giants fan since 1982.  This blog first went live with a “soft launch” in August 2008, the 50th anniversary year of the Giants in San Francisco. During the 2009 All-Star Break, I formally launched the site.

The Giants of both San Francisco and New York are a team rich in tradition, color, and history, and I’ll try my best to honor that legacy here. I am not really into sabermetrics, so you are not going to see a lot of statistical analysis here. There are already lots of other blogs for that.
